In KEAM allotment procedure, all your lower options will be automatically cancelled once you get a higher option. So, if you get an option higher than your first allotted option as per your given preference in second allotment , then the college you got will be cancelled.
So, if you really don't want your first allotted college to get cancelled and you want to join that college, delete all your higher options and make it your first option. Then you shall get the same college. Remember, never back off from the allotment process until you join the college.
