I did not have any instances or remembrance which remind me that E commerce + MBA will not be a good profile. In addition to that I would like to say that anything can go with MBA. Even Doctors do MBA. I wouold rather say that it will be helpful during your MBA that you have some work experiecne in the background of E Commerce. E commerce is really booming in Inida as we all know. If you combine your work experience with MBA it is only going to strengthen your profile.

Being an innovative and creative job, it requires the job-holder to keep up with the changes in web-design, security, and maintenance. With a growth rate of around 15-25 %, the expected salary can be anywhere around Rs 25,000-40,000/month. Though, many professional web developers earn up to six figures.

Consultants provide guidance to business owners who want to sell their product and services or promote their business online. Even established businesses hire them to increase current sales and layout business plans.

A consultant can work with a company or offer his services as a freelancer. The salary differs according to the experience in the field.

They provide/create opportunities for potential growth through the internet as a medium. Promotion campaigns and digital marketing are key roles of this job. Other jobs include working on media budget and contracts, marketing plans, selecting of advertising media etc.

Well depending upon your course structure, it may be a Yes or No.

If your MBA-Ecommerce primarily makes you a business administration + gives you specific industry knowledge it is good. But if it limits your business management skills to E-commerce only, and in worst case jumps into details of digital marketing branches (eg. seo, ppc) it is a bad course structure.

I'm sure MBA-Courier, MBA-Dairy, or MBA-Shoes Manufacturing won't sound like good ideas to you.

If you ask me, MBA with dual specialization that have e-commerce as an option as well, would work for you.)
