Will the cut-off of kcet colleges be released before the counseling?

cut off can't be released before the counselling...
As students get admission through couseling, they come to know these many opted for this colleges.
It is quitely based upon the no of students appeared for councelling.
So cut off comes after the councelling only. You can just know cut off based on previous years data.
