The cutoff instead every year increases in JAC Delhi due to increasing number of applicants year by year. The cutoff for outside candidate is even higher than for the home state candidates. I would suggest you to have a look on previous year cutoff by visiting official website of JAC and JOSAA.

Cutoffs can vary every year by any amounts depending on the general result. You can't really say about the cut-offs before the final result. So instead of looking at the cutoffs, look at the general rank cutoff. The rank usually stays constant between years. So that would definitely help you. All the best!
