Will the DDs' paid for the second round of counselling be refunded if the seat is surrendered.

Dear Candidate,
Unfortunately, the demand drafts paid for second round of counselling shall not be repaid.
The refund takes place only if the candidate who surrendered the seat takes admission in IIT or NIT.
