You haven't mentioned any College in particular. Admissions to B.Tech in India are through various Entrance Examinations and you can check the list at: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/top-engineering-entrance-exams-in-india. Now the most atempted exam JEE Mains July session has been scheduled for July and JEE Advanced to August. State level Entrance Exams also might be conducted around the same time. This means, with the Counselling happening atleast in August, the academic session might start in September tentatively.
