will the fees be same if a other state candidate takes admission in state University like has Bangalore through ICAR?

ICAR is a National body governing Entrance Examinations and admissions into various Agricultural and related government Colleges. So, yes, If you get Seat in a college in any state across India via ICAR, the fee structure remains the same for the course.
