Hey !!
Yes, the NTA will release its official key before its result. As of this year the official answer key was released on May 29, 2019. And the results were released on June 5, 2019. So it will provide the key much before the result. Anyway, I will share a link below which provides the official answer key. Kindly download it and check it further.
