Will the previous year 2018-19 practical marks be added in the next year 2019-20, if i fail in class 12th cbse or i have to appear again .

Hi,
If you failed in an individual subject which included both practical and theory papers, then you will need to appear again for that particular subject in both theory and practical even if you passed only in the practical paper last year. So generally previous marks will not be taken into consideration.
