will the relaxation announced in the admission of IIT which the removal of having 75% in class 12th apply to the dropers too who are passed out class 12th in 2019????

Yes, it is applicable for all students. But it is not applicable for students who could not get admission last year because of 75 % criteria. For such students, if they wants to get admission into one of NITs/IITs, they need to appear again for JEE exam. Because the JEE scores are valid only for one year i.e., the current session only.

Droppers are allowed to get admission into any of the NITs/IITs on the basis of their JEE scores even if they didn't score at least 75 % marks in their board exams.
