will the second semester i.e even semesters of degree colleges in Mumbai be held in online mode

Hi Aspirant,
The colleges cannot organise offline sems unless they have the permission from the health and welfare ministry to do so.So until further notice they cannot upheld any semester exams offline.So yes there is a high chance that the even semester will take place in online mode due to the covid situation.
