Hello Aspirant,
For now there is no any change in exam pattern of NEET UG 2021 but according to the Health Ministry of India there might be some changes in the exam pattern of NEET UG 2021 to cope-up with the reduction of syllabus of different boards but the syllabus for NEET UG 2021 will be same as of previous year which you can check out from the link given below :-

So until and unless the NEET exam pattern gets revised and announced we cannot tell whether there will be Assertion and reason type questions or not and for now there would be only MCQ type question . But for now the NEET exam pattern is as follows:-
NEET UG paper consists of 3 sections namely Physics, Chemistry and Biology and maximum marks for all these 3 sections are 720 marks. Marks are allotted section wise, like from Physics and Chemistry section there are total 45 questions for each with weightage of 180 marks each whereas from Biology section there are 90 questions with weightage of 360 marks which makes total of 720 marks and duration for NEET UG paper is maximum 3 hours.
4 marks are awarded for every correct answer and 1 mark is deducted for every incorrect answer so make sure to tick only on the answer for which you are sure to avoid negative marking.
