Hey !
Different exams of engineering have different number of phases of seat allotment . The most known exam for engineering JEE MAINS has seven riunds of counselling and all the rounds are over by now by JOSAA . So , if there is any other exam of engineering that you are asking about , then please mention the name of exam in comments ,so that i can resolve your query!
