Of course the college will have freshers party. University of Lucknow one of the top colleges with well ratings and reviews. Every small college which has no much value will even have freshers party as well as farewell parties. The College has not listed any of such information and nor the students have written any reviews on it but yes it's mandatory for every college to conduct such things.
