Hello,

For other state candidates belonging to open category cutoff is little lower than general category rank of home state quota. It is highly competitive to get admission through open category.

There won't be change in cutoff as exam was conducted with good environment. Cutoff will be decided by the institute and will be changed in further counseling rounds on the basis of seat matrix. If you are not able to get government college then apply for good private institute.

Private college are also best. Fee structure is also average and not so high. They perform very well in different fields and they are improving in terms of academic and placements.

Hope it helps!
