Of course there will be change in closing ranks of colleges as there is increase in 10% seat for ews categories so if there were 30K seats last year in IIT/NIT/IIIT/GFTI so 3000 seats will increase this year it meand you are going to see a difference in closing rank of lower colleges but not off high demand colleges like top iits and nits.

And also some new colleges will also take part in josaa counselling this time so you may see change in closing ranks.
