will there be any problem as i have not entered my 5th and 6th sem marks in my pgcet mba application. and the results are already out and the site isn't opening since a day

Yes, according to me that's an issue because you'll have to mention the both 5th and 6th semester marks in the application form but don't panic now stay calm and try contacting the higher authorities of the same and you'll get the their contact number and their mail id from their respective site and they'll help you out with this and tell you what to do next and solve your query regarding this because they can help you better out with this.
