Will there be any question from biology in the Entrance exam of Manipal ? Or it would be off only physics , chemistry and mathematics ?

Hello,
If you are writing the exam for admission into B-Tech courses (other than for Biotechnology), then you'll only encounter Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the question paper. If you are writing the exam for Medicine and Applied sciences (Biology) courses, you'll have questions from Biology, as well as Physics and Chemistry but not Mathematics.
