Hello,
Yes there is a very high probability for mop up round to be conducted as part of WBJEE counselling procedure 2019 to fill up seats which were withdrawn by most aspirants who decided not to be attending college in West Bengal. Or maybe they got a better branch through internal sliding. Keep yourself notified because it may happen soon.
