Will there be open counseling in aiims in 2019?

hey dear,yes there will be an open couselling for aiims.Students who apply for this and those are eligible but cant able to attend 1,2 counselling due to some reasons who participate in this,seat alloted acc. to aiims rank.Those who have good rank are supposed to apply first.
