Will they consider General OR Community Rank for TNEA Counselling 2019.

Hi,
For every exam, the counseling committee considers the general rank and gives the cut-off link in the basis of general rank only. So for example: If For OBC category the cutoff rank is written as 1000, then 1000 will be general rank and not your category rank.
