Exams like EAMCET question papers are done on the basis of your class 11 and 12 syllabus. Most probably, the important chapters of that year are taken into consideration. There's no effect of Covid 19 on the papers. For the difficulty part, it could be difficult or not, but it is not in relation to the current situation. But you should not stop your preparation.
