Dear aspirant,
Assuming that the college you're referring to is London School of Economics and Political Science, the eligibility criteria for admission to MSc Economics is a First Class Honors degree in Economics or equivalent degree with Economics as a major subject. You also need to have Mathematics as a subject for atleast two semesters during your undergraduate degree. The minimum marks required for admission is a CGPA of 7.5/10 or 65% marks and higher. As an international student, you will also need a Statement-Of-Purpose (SOP), an English proficiency certificate, Academic references, a CV and in certain cases, a GRE/GMAT score.
