Basically this certificate contains basic information like name, father's name, address, date etc.

And this certificate certify that a person does not belong to creamy layer.

This certificate is signed be District Magistrate/Deputy Commissioner or any other competent authority.

Their signature is done at the bottom left side of the certificate.
