It largely depend upon your category.
If you are a reserved category student you would be mostly able to get your desired branche in any college which comes under JEE mains .
The scenario is completely different if you are a general category student. Since this year JEE mains the rank will be calculated solely on JEE score without considering the 12th boards performance, it would be a little difficult for you to get the above departments in top 5 NITs

No, you wont get into IITs based on your JEE mains score.Though you can get into NITs.But to get a seat in IIT you will have to score good marks in JEE advance.You will qualify for jee advance so start preparing for it to get a seat in IIT.

So, irrespective of your category you have to clear the JEE Advanced exam in order to get ito any IIT. With the score you have mentioned you will get a seat in NIT. You have to attend the JEE Advanced exam which will be conducted on 27th May. You have to clear the exam to get into IIT. JEE Mains is only for clearing the first level to get into an IIT. JEE Mains will be helpful to get into a NIT. So, for you to get into IIT you should first clear the JEE Advance exam. So, prepare well for your upcoming advance exam.
