With 190 marks and 64.7 percentile can I get any College for BAMS or BHMS. I am from West Bengal.

Frankly, your score is less and with this there is less chance for getting bams and bhms both. Your score should at least be above 200 for bhms and for bams should be above 300.
I will suggest you to not waste much time and continue your studies and try to score higher grades. Don't lose heart. Just work hard and hope for the best. Good luck !
