with 20000 rank can i get Bsc agriculture in ts eamcet from BCE group

With 20k rank in ts eamcet it is very difficult to get agriculture seat in government quota based on last year cut offs.
As of last year cut offs for bc e, agriculture are
local
Non farmer quota-4380rank
Farmer quota-6661rank
unreserved
non farmer quota-3197rank
Farmer quota-4851rank
The above cut offs are of last years and are subject to change depending on difficulty of paper and number of students who attended the counselling.
