No not at all not even through state quota but might be possible in high fees deemed college with 16–18 lakh per annum Just TUTION FEES
Also to be clear nothing depends on marks it completely depends upon your RANK if you have rank no matter what marks do you have u will land up in medical college but even if you have good marks and a bad rank its difficult to enter in med college
So have patience and wait for AIR Rank and State Rank.

You marks is too low to get a seat in MBBS. You can try some other courses like BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, BSc Nursing, and so on. These courses have good scope and good package. You have fair chances of getting a seat in some good colleges for these courses. You should apply for some state counseling. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper,and the number of candidates appearing for it.
