Congratulations on your result! With an All India Rank of 2548 in JEE Adv 2019, here are the list of IITs that you have a high chance of getting. You can search for the cutoffs for various branches in those IITs from Careers360 website(both previous year and expected):
- IIT Bhubaneshwar
- IIT Bombay- Civil, Metallurgical, Environmental, Energy Engineering.
- IIT Mandi
- IIT Delhi- Biotech, Civil, Production, Chemical, etc(other lower courses)
- IIT Indore- Except CS
- IIT Kharagpur- Except some 3 or 4 courses
- IIT Hyderabad- Except CS,Electrical
- IIT Jodhpur
- IIT Kanpur- Excpet 2 or 3 courses
- IIT Madras- Except 3 or 4 courses
- etc...

Congratulations on scoring good in JEE Advanced, you have managed to get a good Rank and you will definitely get an IIT because NITs are given based on JEE mains Rank.
At this Rank, you can get an IIT based on their branch you want to opt, you can either get a good branch in new IITs or a unpopular branch in a good IIT. Please do comment your branch, so that we can give a more relevant answer.
