The NEET cut off varies from year to year, state to state and as well as college to college. It also depends on the Quota you are applying through as well as the Category of Admission. Government and Private Colleges have cut-offs of their own.
Assuming you are applying through the 15% All India Quota under General Category for a Government Dental College, the cut-off for NEET 2017 was Rank 10920 which corresponds to a score of approximately 450 marks out of 720.
You should try under 85% State Quota. Your chances will be higher under state quota. However, keep your options open. All the very best!

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in Private Colleges at state level quota.
