With 35000 to 38000 rank in wbjee of other state with general category can get seat in cse or ece? And also can get seat in techno India?

With this rank, it is difficult to get a seat in any government college in any branch. However, you can get your desired branch in some private colleges that have low rankings. Also, last year, Techno India's closing rank for CSE was around 8k and 11k in general category. So, there are negligible chances of getting a seat there. With this rank, you have a very futile chance of getting into the best colleges of WBJEE.
This is one of the major disadvantages of other state quotas in such entrance exams.
Still, there are many other colleges which will be available to you for CSE and ECE through the WBJEE.
