Hi dear,

Last year cut off for general candidates in Thiruvannamalai MC, Thiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu under AIQ quota was 547. While cut off for general candidates under AIQ quota was 453 at Govt. Medical College, Tirunelveli and under state quota was 593 at Rajah Muthiah Medical College, Annamalainagar.

Cut off for private Medical college for general candidates was 508 in Karpagam Faculty of Medical Sciences & Research, Coimbatore.

So going by previous years cut off it seems difficult to get a seat at 380. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change.
