Dear Mansi, if you belong to Delhi and you want to apply for Grant Medical College, you have to try under All India Counselling. In 2018, under All India Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 6047

SC: 512

ST: 465

With 400 marks it is impossible to get a seat in this college.Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
