Wih 448 score in NEET you can only get a seat in private colleges ,no matter which course you take and I think choosing course on the basis of your score is not a wise decision . You must choose your course according to your interest whether you are interested in dental sciences , then choose BDS ,if you are interested in ayurvedic Sciences then go for AYUSH and if you are genuinely interested in medical sciences then go for MBBS. the cutoffs for all the courses remain around same but the cutoffs for  Dental Sciences are  a little bit lower but it is not a good thing to choose dental sciences only on the basis of your score

look if you will choose Dental Sciences today just because you are getting a government college for Dental Sciences with this score and after some time you observe that you have no interest in Dental Sciences then you would be regretting about your decision so it's better to choose your course of interest no matter if you are getting a private seat in your interested course it will still be a better decision.
