With 470 marks can i get admission in private colleges with fees less than 3 lak in general secretary

See, if you qualify in your state list, you may get. But through AIQ, with this score, rank is expected to be not very good, so other state low budget private college seems unlikely. Do wait for state counselling .you may get a govt seat too if situations favour
