Dear candidate

As you haven't mentioned any category so I will answer according to unreserved category. At your marks you will not get govt-BDS seat from both AIQ or state quota counseling. As MCC has released the round1 results of AIQ counseling. Cut off for unreserved category in AIQ round 1 of NEET 2020 is AIR 20469.

also at your marks you have almost no chance to get you government BDS seat through up state counseling.

You can get Private dental colleges easily from both AIQ DEEMED UNIVERSITY counseling or up state quota counseling

For more information on expected colleges you can get on the basis of your NEET score, use this college predictor tool.

Hey Aspirant,

Hence I'm going to discuss about some important facts about your admission possibilities in dental colleges. Here you don't have mentioned your category in your question, so I've given you the possibilities for each and every category according to your obtained marks in both 15% AIQ and 85% Home State quota.

15% AIQ:

  • For General, EWS and OBC category students, I can assure that it's better to leave the hope for Government BDS colleges in any state through 15% AIQ.
  • For SC category students belonging to states like West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Telengana, Himachal Pradesh there's several probability to take admission in Government BDS colleges. But in case of other states (like Maharashtra, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Rajasthan) having genuinely more cut-off marks for BDS it becomes quite difficult to get admitted in top and reputed Dental colleges with this marks.
  • If you belong to ST or PwD category then you've definite probability for top BDS colleges in any state.

85% Home State quota:

You haven't mentioned your residential state. So there may be some confusions in this regard, still:

  • If you belong to any category except General category, you have enough possibilities to get admission in any top Government BDS colleges in your residential state.
  • In case of general category it's quite difficult for you to get Government seats in any reputed institution in your state.
  • However your marks are perfectly suitable for top private dental instituions or deemed universities irrespective of category and State. Please have a look : https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off

You can check the Careers360 NEET College predictor tool in this regard to be well-known and well-resourced about your admission chances in your desirable colleges:
