With 513 mark and 17017 AIR rank, is it possible to get MBBS in government medical college in UP ?

If you are asking about unreserved category All India Quota chances are less as the maximum cutoff rank in a govt college in UP was 6832 in the year 2017 for general category. However, there definitely is a fair chance in Deemed and Central Universities.

Dear it's very difficult that you get any such college with this rank in particular college you are looking for so my advice is that take admission in any college which you are getting else your this year will be wasted .

In UP state quota you have chance to get admission in govt. Bt in all india less chance.
