Yes there is possibility only if you deserves Home state quota for any of the enlisted institutions :-
- Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar - Bio Technology Engineering (80,000)
- National Institute of Technology Agartala - Computer Science and Engineering (63,805)
- National Institute of Technology Goa - Civil Engineering

But if not deserves Home state quota then you can try for IIIT Bhubaneshwar because you might get seat their but in any of the lower branch.
