According to the rank and category mentioned by you in the question you have good chances of getting the enlisted IITs if an only if you are female :-

First of all you need to qualify JEE Advanced with prescribed cut off marks so that you are eligible for the entering in CRL and counselling process. JEE Advanced rank has been announced and you have obtained 6,000 OBC-NCL rank. Based pn this rank it would be quite difficult for you to get admission in IITs.
