71 percentile means your expected rank would be around 2,52,012. Now if the no. Of candidates in Jee Main second phase increases, your rank would also increase. You can use our college predictor tool to know where you have good chances You haven't mentioned your category. So if you are a general category candidate, there are very less chances to get any NITs with this rank as the seats of NITs are filled within 40,000 rank. But if you are from any reserved category, then there are chances to get North East NITs, NIT sikkim etc. But the chances are quite low.
