As you may know the eligibility for JEE Mains has two conditions, either you are in top 20 percentile of your board or you score 65% aggregate marks(in the mentioned category) in the Std. XII examinations of your board. So as per the eligibility criteria, yes you are very much eligible for JEE Mains 2020 by virtue of your aggregate percentage marks which is more than 65%.
