There is no chance with this rank to get in above mentioned college without any quota because last year CSE cutoff in these college are:-
YOU CAJ EXPECT OTHER BRANCH THEN CSE IN ABOVE MENTIONED COLLEGE.

DAYANANDA SAGAR and SIT TUmkur :- EEE,MECH, Chemical

But cutoff for ece in sit tumkur is 9k
