You need to mention your jee rank in order to predict the colleges. So, with 86 percentile your predicted rank is around 120462 which is highly impossible to join in Nit. But you can definitely try for your home state's government colleges.
You can't get any of the NIT with this rank. But ofcourse you can try at GIFTs or IITS. The cut-offs for top NIT is so high. So at your rank you can't get NIT. There are various top GIFTs in every state you can admission there with top branches.

At first lots of congratulations for your results .
I . I can predict your score is about 55 and your rank is about 1.2 to 1.5 lakh .According to trends of previous years and this year's JEE MAIN cut off I am afraid to inform you that your chances of getting admission into colleges NITs and IIITs are almost negative despite of OBC category. If it was ST or SC then there might be chance for you. One thing is very important that changes in those category seats depend upon those particular category rank not on All India rank .However You can try in state level counselling and private colleges . I am sorry to inform you that your chances of getting admission into colleges NITs and IIITs are almost negative . There would have been chance If you were from ST or SC category .I would suggest you to go for other Engineering entrance and state level entrance exams.
