With 87 % which courses will be better and where can I get government college biotechnology or pharmD?? I belong to OBC category

I'm unable to identify whether your given percentage is for 12th board exam or any entrance exam . Modify/mention it if possible.
Well, as for now , I'm sharing the basic eligibility criteria for getting admission in Biotechnology and PharmD individually for any Govt/private colleges :
Biotechnology :
- For B.Sc in Biotechnology : should qualify 12th exam with science stream
- For B.Tech in Biotechnology: Should qualify 12th exam with PCMB combination with min 50% aggregate
PharmaD:
- S hould pass with PCM/PCB combination in class 12th with min 60% aggregate
- D.Pharma students can apply also for Pharm.D
