Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.

It might be difficult to get ECE or EXTC at top colleges as most seats are reserved for students of Maharashtra only and cut-offs for minorities is high. However, there are many other good colleges where you should apply by checking their previous year's cutoffs.
