with 91.5 marks in clat in general category is there chance to get admission in nlus specially in jabalpur or shimla nlus?

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 3900-4700. If you fall in general category then even with a state domicile you won't be able to get into NLUs Shimla or Jabalpur. But since you have a pretty decent score so you can definitely look out for other colleges under IPU like
- Ideal Institute of Management and Technology
- JIMS Engineering Management Technical campus, school of Law
- Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology
- Chander Prabhu Jain college of higher studies.

But in 2018 the cut off in shimla nlu went upto 76 marks so r u sure there is no chance
