Now to answer your question, The minimum qualifying marks of 50% of the total marks (75 out of 100) in  MHT CET for computer science. but you score 93 which is more than that so with no difficulty you can enroll yourself for the admission in the best colleges of Mumbai or Pune although you haven't specified about the course but I suggest you to go through following link to know more about the colleges

93 percentile in MHTCET means you can accept a rank in the range of 10000 to 15000. Now this is not your actual rank rather it is assumption based on MHTCET Percentile vs rank statistics.
