with 99.69 percentile 2020 can i get nit suratkhal cs till the last round of counseling??

As you have mentioned that you have scored 99.69 percentile in jee mains 2020. Considering the previous years cutoff, yes you can easily get CSE in NIT SURATHKAL. You are also eligible for many other NITs like NIT Delhi, MNIT Allahabad. However, cutoffs change every year depending on various factors such as difficulty level of exam, no.of students and so on.
