with a rank 1225 general category in IIT Jam 2020 is there any chance of getting admission to IIT,or IISC?

Based on this rank the chances are less to get a set in IITs for any of the programme however you might get a seat in NITs. You didn't mention here the paper code, You can also check the cutoff of IITs & NITs to go through with the given below links.
