Regarding a chance in All India Quota, you might get a seat in atleast Round 2 of counselling.

You can try for a government college in U.P. as the cutoff of government college of Delhi is much higher. You can get MBBS in government colleges but chances are less in Delhi. Try in U.P. or in any other state through All India Quota. I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
